Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. The sale's person was lest then thrilled to see me. after driving 3 hours to get there I was out in about an hour. Once I told him that the number he came back to me with for a monthly payment was far above what I had told him he basically told me to kick rocks. No negotiations. Their online statement of "the price you see is the price you pay" is true- they did not factor in every single incentive under the sun to make the price look super low (which is unrealistic for most buyers). I went in for a service and worked with Aaron Younger and it was scheduled to take 1.5 hours and I was waiting. Aaron explained to me there was an issue getting the part they needed and didn't want me to wait, so I was offered a loaner car so I didn't have to wait around all day waiting for it! They put paper on the floor and the seat to keep the vehicle clean while they are servicing it. I'm still new to this dealership but I have been pleasantly surprised up to this point More
