I want to preface this by saying that my only issue was with the finance manager not aligning to what the sales rep promised us. Totally understand that our trade in was complicated esp with recent big pur with the finance manager not aligning to what the sales rep promised us. Before we started the trade in process or anything else, they should have ran my credit as we told them what it was. After we agreed to purchase and was in the finance office, they told us there's a credit score minimum for a certain APR. We've asked numerous times if the rates or the total cost will change as we will not purchase otherwise. Keep in mind that they were aware of my large purchases and my credit score, so we were very upfront about it. This car was supposed to before my father so it was disappointing to waste not only my time but even the sales reps. It left a very bad taste in our mouth as we recently purchased a Lodi Mazda and did not have the same experience. More
