Purchased vehicle from them, but they refused to honor active warranty. The problem was an oil leak which I'm sure was caused by their mechanic. Wil not use them for service again. My family has purchased several new vehicles from Hawthorne Chevrolet in the years past and have always had the vehicles serviced at the dealership. My initial service writer was STEVE KOCHAN, who is Hawthorne Chevrolet in the years past and have always had the vehicles serviced at the dealership. My initial service writer was STEVE KOCHAN, who is now the service manager at the dealership. Steve was always on the top of his game with good advice pertaining to my vehicle service. Upon Steve becoming the service manager, I have used Mike Rivera as my service writer. Mike has followed in Steve’s footsteps and assisted me with all my service needs . The service department is essential to making the dealership what it is today. Any dealership can sell vehicles. The service department is the key to having your vehicle running properly!!!! More
