My elderly father who speaks limited English went into this dealership for an oil change on Monday and they bullied him into buying a vehicle he cannot afford. He is disabled/retired and only makes $1100 this dealership for an oil change on Monday and they bullied him into buying a vehicle he cannot afford. He is disabled/retired and only makes $1100 total per month. His contract is for a used 2016 Chevy truck at 84 months for a payment of $980. I am not sure what bank would approve those terms, but it certainly seems like something fraudulent must have been done. I called with him on the line to see about cancelling the contract, but we were told there is nothing that can be done. "The contract is finalized with the bank, but maybe we can trade you out of it" I requested a copy of the credit application he signed but I was told it could not be emailed and that he would have to go into the dealership personally to fill out a request form to have it mailed. Sounded like they were trying everything to avoid us getting it. My next step will be contacting the new lender to request a copy of the credit application which I imagine will tell the entire story. I cannot believe businesses are operating with such shady practices in the year 2022. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER More

Simply the worst dealership experience I have ever encountered. They took almost 2 months to pay off my trade in. I made a payment on my new loan before the old one was finalized. In that time an ad encountered. They took almost 2 months to pay off my trade in. I made a payment on my new loan before the old one was finalized. In that time an additional payment was made to my trade in loan. I have reached out to the dealer several times without luck. The finance manager Keith never answers. The sales managers Jason and Bob are never available. The sales person Sergio I purchased from is apparently now in jail. As I said simply the worst dealership experience ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! More
