Great Team! I was in this dealership a year ago and the difference is like night and day. I think it had a different name. My sales guy Steve was amazing. Will I was in this dealership a year ago and the difference is like night and day. I think it had a different name. My sales guy Steve was amazing. Willing to stay late to meet my schedule. Both sales managers were great. Friendly and helpful. Finance guy(I forgot his name) was very knowledgable and also friendly. I would buy from them again More

Took car in for 22K maintenance and they asked if I wanted to replace cabin & engine filters & I said yes & asked them to check my brakes & needed tire rotation but I was there for 3 hours & all they d wanted to replace cabin & engine filters & I said yes & asked them to check my brakes & needed tire rotation but I was there for 3 hours & all they did was change my oil and said my rotors looked warped and suggested replacement but doesn’t show they rotated my tires or replaced the cabin or engine filters as requested but yet it took them 3 hours and numerous folks came in after I did & left way before me, very disappointed in their service and timeliness only to end up with an oil change More

The service in finance was awful. Had problems from the start. We paid cash. He was not to happy with that. We refused a service contract. And that was the end of politeness. Afte Had problems from the start. We paid cash. He was not to happy with that. We refused a service contract. And that was the end of politeness. After two months had not received the title. Got a letter from DMV about a car that I had traded in. No insurance. Had signed over . But after I went to the DMV. Where I found out that after two months. My trade in was still in my name. And the one that I had purchased was still in the former owners name. Went back to the dealership and was treated like I had no brain. Went to Corporate two days later. And spoke to the title manager and the assistant controller. They were both great. All my paperwork was copied and information sent to DMV. Five days later I received my title. Now the kicker is, I brought it , of course as is. I asked about the second key and the salesman said he could get me one.The door Handel on the drivers side was loose and was also told they could take care of it. I drove the car home. Next morning I was checking out the radio, well it and the Bluetooth would not work. The screen could not move. I went back to the dealership and the finance manager came out checked it out and agreed it was not working and it was a piece of xxxx. I asked about getting it fixed. (Ha ha) I was reminded that once I drove it off the lot it was my problem. Now this car was Advertised with a radio and blue tooth. If they do not work that is False Advertising. I would Never recommend this dealership to even to someone I did not like. More
