Having a great experience over the years with the service dept at Pat Lobb's Toyota, it made sense to use my relationship with EZ Newsome in the service dept to direct me to a new purchase. EZ's recommendation directed me to Steve Hurst which led to best experience I have had in buying a vehicle Period ! Steve and I shared ideas and photos to better understand my needs. Steve listened and located a great truck (outside of McKinney) in less than 48hrs that was exactly what I was looking for. Great team work all around at PL Toyota. Steve seems like having a good brother-in-law in the business vice going to see a "salesman." Spike Lipscomb, the sales manager, always has the ability to make all of our deals workable and painless. Easy Newsome is my go to guy in service. Sales brings me in but service keeps me coming back. Easy really has the right name. However, he is super knowledgeable about how all the maintenance plans work and very amenable to working with tight or unexpected schedules. I am also sold on Toyota's extended maintenance and service plans. With these all I have to worry about is driving. Toyota, actually, Easy takes care of the rest. These plans also keep my residuals high on my trades. I will be back again to Pat Lobb Toyota. More

Does not stand behind their own work The buying experience was great, the service department on the other hand is terrible. My TPMS sensors stopped working immediately after my 5k service The buying experience was great, the service department on the other hand is terrible. My TPMS sensors stopped working immediately after my 5k service. The 5k service itself was terrible, it took over 4 hours, with an appointment. On my way home from this terrible service trip my tpms sensors stopped working. I immediately reached out to the Service Director Toby Clark (tclark@toyotaofmckinney.com) to tell him what was going on. He said I would have to bring it in to be looked at. After spending 4 hours at the dealership with my wife I said I would bring it in for the 10k service. Now Toyota of McKinney does not want to back their work and is saying this isn't a warranty issue. Of course it isn't why would Toyota pay for something your dealership broke. I am now getting the run around and being told this is because I changed my tires over 4000 miles before my 5k service. The TPMS sensors worked the entire time. Stand by your peoples work. More
