RENEE GOT MY TRUCK ORDERED,STEVE WAS A AWESOME SALES PERSON!!!!!! IF IT WASNT FOR STEVE THE LAST TWO NEW CAR&TRUCK I WOULD HAV GONE ELSE WARE BECAUSE OF ANOTHER SALES PERSON!! THE RECALL WAS HANDLED AWE PERSON!!!!!! IF IT WASNT FOR STEVE THE LAST TWO NEW CAR&TRUCK I WOULD HAV GONE ELSE WARE BECAUSE OF ANOTHER SALES PERSON!! Worst dealership around. Don't go here. In 2016 I needed a new transmission for my Ford Focus. The transmission was slipping and car was shuttering. While my car was under warranty. Brought In 2016 I needed a new transmission for my Ford Focus. The transmission was slipping and car was shuttering. While my car was under warranty. Brought it to Apple Valley Ford twice while under warranty, both times I was told I needed a software update. I bring my car back with 105,000 miles on it. Was told I needed a new transmission, and they would be glad to do it for $3,000. I took it elsewhere and got a transmission installed for half the price. Apple Ford refused to admit any wrong doing. 2017 my car gets side swiped and I need a side view mirror. I call Apple Ford to see how much it would be. They said it would be about $500 for after market, not including the matching paint which was another $500. I found a used mirror at a parts store with matching paint for $80 and installed it myself in less than five minutes. Fast forward to present day. Looking at buying a new car. I contact Apple Ford online and text with Sean, asking a few questions. Sean ends up not replying for 3 hours and only replied then because I said I was no longer interested. A few days later my girlfriend and I go to look at the car I inquired about. We had Steve as our salesman. Steve said nothing to us about any details of the car. We had to ask him questions to get him to talk. The most he would say on the test drive was telling us where to turn. A couple days after that we came into the store again to attempt to buy the vehicle and trade in my vehicle. Mike comes and inspects my vehicle and says they'll offer my $500 for my vehicle. I was quoted trade in value $1,000 - $1,500 for other dealers. I can sell my car to a junk yard for more than $500. I walked out of the sale. This dealership has the worst customer service I've ever seen and I will never be going back. I went to a different dealership where I got the vehicle I wanted for $4,000 less listing and $2400 for my trade in. Glad I went elsewhere. More

I was very happy with the service we received from our salesman, Steve Hunt. We purchased a new Ford Fusion and believe we got a good deal. We had intially been looking at used cars but we were shown a ne salesman, Steve Hunt. We purchased a new Ford Fusion and believe we got a good deal. We had intially been looking at used cars but we were shown a new car and the price difference was small. Steve was very helpful and patient in showing us different options. I am disappointed in the customer service - we purchased a chempack (rust protector, etc). When we purchased the car on Saturday, we were told that they would call on Monday to set up an appointment because Apple Valley Ford does not do the chempack work. Monday, no call. Tuesday, no call. On Wednesday, we called and after being transferred several times we got it straightened out. We were told that they had called us Monday and left a message. We did not receive a message so I checked the paperwork, the second phone number listed on the We Owe sheet was for my husband's boss. I'm guessing that was the number called. I'm upset because the phone message clearly states a different name then on any of the paperwork and that was the second phone number listed. The first number listed on the paperwork was our home phone and we did not receive a call. I was also a little surprised that there was no follow-up to check to ensure that we had received the promised chempack. More

We had used Apple Valley Ford in the past and we were in need of a used car. We got to the dealership a litle before it was time for Steve Hunt to leave. We had very specific wants, price being one of them. need of a used car. We got to the dealership a litle before it was time for Steve Hunt to leave. We had very specific wants, price being one of them. Steve only showed us what we could afford. We went on a test drive and thought we had chosen a vehicle. When we were walking off the lot I saw something completely different from what I had asked Steve to show us. We took another test drive and that became the car I wanted. We were trading in a car so that needed to be appraised (thanks Cole!). The rest of the process continued to run smoothly (thanks Bret!). Steve stayed late even though he was supposed to be somewhere else. He saw us through the whole process. Thanks Steve - We love our 2008 Malibu! If anyone is looking for a car we will send them your way. More
