Steve made the experience pleasant and hassle free. I explained the model, options and what I expected to pay for the lease, and he had a car pulled up for me to test drive. Steve’s knowledge of the inventory led me to the perfect vehicle for my needs. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful including Joe Barber and Jim Krause. The car was beautifully clean and detailed by Angel. I will return to Del Toyota because it is evident that they value their customers loyalty. More

Dishonestly treated during lease of new vehicle Went to Del Toyota on recommendation of friend, was put in touch with salesman who was not completely honest with lease deal on new vehicle that inclu Went to Del Toyota on recommendation of friend, was put in touch with salesman who was not completely honest with lease deal on new vehicle that included a trade in. Wound up being given a lease contract where agreed price of vehicle was higher than MSRP. Was told it had to do with the fact that the price they gave me for my trade in was higher in their opinion than what vehicle was actually worth...? It was noted that it was last Saturday of year and dealership was busy. At end of day and after leaving in my new vehicle, I was able to contact someone in car business who indicated the lease deal was totally improper. Two days later at the request of the salesman who seemed to realize his tactics were not on up and up, called me to return to dealership where my lease contract was re-written to reflect more legitimate numbers ($200 month lower payment). Very unprofessional treatment by sales dept!!! More
