Turned my 2500HD silverado in for an takata airbag recall. They did the install and tried to blame the airbag light on my customizations. Then tried to charge me $170 an hour to find the issue. I told recall. They did the install and tried to blame the airbag light on my customizations. Then tried to charge me $170 an hour to find the issue. I told them that I had those customizations done for a while and the light was never on then. Servicing also told me that I had a headlight and turn signal light bulb out and told me I should replace them. After I picked up the truck the light bulbs were all functional. Long story short, I am still driving around with an airbag light on after a mandatory airbag install. I am not going to pay for something that should have been dealt with on a recall. More
