He went to his Sales Manager, Steve, and that is exactly what they did...they offered me a great deal within about an hour. After looking around and calling other dealerships, they just couldn't compete with the Dean Team...so on Thursday I finalized the deal, and then picked up the car on Saturday. Pick up process was mainly paperwork; but the entire team made us feel welcome! From Andy, to Steve, to Ben in financing...the ENTIRE Dean Team was an absolute pleasure to work with. Andy even took the time to help us set up our phone with Apple CarPlay, as well as pointing out other unique features of the car. I purchased a car in October of 2023 from Dean Team Hyundai. My salesperson was Pete Ostlund. Upon closing the deal, I found out that it only came with one key. He then sold me a RHT warranty with a ke Hyundai. My salesperson was Pete Ostlund. Upon closing the deal, I found out that it only came with one key. He then sold me a RHT warranty with a key/remote replacement for $599. He told me I just needed to wait three months to make a claim to get my spare key. When I went to make a claim with the warranty company, they denied me because Pete had me sign a contract that stated I had two keys at purchase. When I reached out to Pete about the issue, he did tell me he remembered me as my daughter graduated from the same university he did. He said he would make it right and that he was a problem solver. Since then, I only get his voicemails and he will not return my call. I have also left two voicemails for his manager Steve. This has been going on for four weeks with no resolution and no contact with me. I only asked for a refund of the $599 or for a spare key they promised I would get. More
