I purchased a 2022 Ford F450 Lariat from them in August. I traded in my 2022 Ford F350 SXT, which was in excellent condition and thoroughly inspected. Where do I begin? They gave me less than what other I traded in my 2022 Ford F350 SXT, which was in excellent condition and thoroughly inspected. Where do I begin? They gave me less than what other dealerships offered me for the trade-in. They were supposed to deliver it to me and they didn't, instead I had to drive 4 hours to pick it up, even though they knew I was leaving for Ohio the next day. I didn't go because the car was in the shop the next morning and it is still there a month later. It was supposed to be accident free, which is stated on the clean Carfax, but it is not. I have records of everything, even the clean Carfax, so what does that tell you? Fraud maybe? Just a little? They actually repaired the bumper while I was coming to purchase the truck...as a favor they said. They forced me to use their financing, which was the only way I could actually leave with the truck that day. Otherwise, I would have had to wait several days for the payment to go through and I couldn't do that because I had to leave for Ohio the next day, which didn't happen. When I took it to my local ford dealership the next day, they were saying that I was going to have to pay for all the repairs because there was nothing in the system about it being a certified vehicle, which luckily, I have copies of that as well. That has since been resolved. My local dealership identified many issues with the truck; they felt sorry for me actually and had been a big help with this nightmare. They too suspected an accident and almost didn't repair certain items, they actually told me I had to take it to a collision shop, but ended up repairing it anyways. Among other things, because there is a whole list of repairs that have been performed, they identified two bad tires that were horribly repaired and believe it or not, the SGM told me that in order for him to approve the replacement of the tires, because they couldn't be repaired, that I would have to change my negative review, which you can see I haven't and in fact am doubling down on! When the GSM tried to pay for the tire replacements, he tried paying with an American Express, which they didn’t accept and then tried to pay with a invalid credit card. As a CDL holder, I purchased this vehicle for my Hotshot trucking business. I have not been able to use the truck yet for my business because it has been in the shop the whole time, it wouldn't even pass a DOT inspection. The GM has not reached out to me one time, even though I've left him several voicemails and messages, so he obviously doesn't care or is purposely avoiding me, what does that tell you? The SGM uses one of his salesmen to forward all my messages to him instead of just giving me his direct line. The ladies answering the phones put me on hold for 10-30 minutes when I call, that's if they don't hang up on me. I've been in a car rental for several weeks, which I must pay all this upfront and have yet to be reimbursed, even though they said they were going to reimburse me. The truck is currently in the shop at my local dealership for the 4th time. There is no existing relationship between the two Ford dealerships, quite frankly, the lack of communication and cooperation between the two dealerships is surprising and appalling, but they say it’s because they’re independently ran. It doesn’t even matter if your vehicle is gold certified, which is their highest certification! They don’t care that this truck is supposed to put food on my family’s table. Not once, have I owned it without the service engine light being on and the few times I’ve actually been able to drive it, all I can hear are the brakes or wheels squealing. They have yet to fix it, or offer anything to offset this terrible experience. You can’t make this stuff up people. This actually happened and I am going through it right now! I hope you consider my review. Karl Flammer Ford is the worst dealership I have ever encountered and I mean that! More

We worked with Steve Gonzalez and he was the BEST. He was so kind, quick, understanding, and best of all HONEST! He made the whole process so stress-free and seamless, and he explained everything wonderfully for us. We felt so taken care of!! Staff was professional, personable, and no nonsense. They were very receptive to our wants and needs, with none of the typical wheeling and dealing. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car!! More
