Steve was accommodating and listened to everything we were looking for.With 4 kids in tow the experience could have gone south real fast, but the dealership was family friendly and the process was fairly fast once we decided that we were actually going to buy a car that day. We couldn't pass it up. I am already in love with my " new to me" Ford Explorer! More
