You became distraught and had to run to get your manager, who I also informed was "dishonest". Why would I, the customer, do such a thing? Because you are, in fact, dishonest. The fraud attempt to sucker me into a oil leak repair, caused by your fraud mechanic, Austin Rankin, failed, but since Honda Wilde cares more about YOUR feelings instead of me, the customer, just wanted to make sure you healing after such a traumatic incident.
