He explained my options and what I needed to decide on today and what I could research and purchase after talking to my partner. This was a huge plus for us! I’ve declined plans in the past because I was pressured on the spot. We got to take our time to decide which was the best option for us and our driving habits. Brett Harness, our sales advisor, was also a delight to work with and low pressure. I had been dreading purchasing our much needed new car. The high pressure sales makes me want to leave right away. I also want to mention the “BMW product genius” Larry Handel was awesome! He even showed me features on my x7 that I bought from another dealership.
