Honest fair conversations about the price of the new purchase as well as getting to an agreement on trade in value. None of the all too common surprise add on nonsense fees. The deal felt like a partnership, as it should. They had a vehicle I was interested in and Harry went above and beyond to prep it for me to see it and drive it. Justo made every effort to get to numbers that I would be comfortable with, and in the end the deal made was fair for all. No 700 trips back and forth. No b.s. Harry asked all of the right questions and said all of the right things. NOTHING about the purchase experience was them vs me in any way. Both Harry and Justo are friendly and professional, and their efforts made the entire buying experience fun, as it should be The truck itself was immaculately prepped and the paperwork process at pick up was efficient and straightforward. This is how buying a vehicle is supposed to be! I was dreading purchasing a car in this market, but at least I can say that this dealership made the whole experience a positive one. Everything started off great from the start. I saw a car I was interested in online and called to see if it was actually on the lot before making the long trip out because I live about 45 minutes away. When the person I was speaking with confirmed it was, I asked if he had ever driven the vehicle, and while he hadn't, he said he'd go right out and drive the car and then give me the thumbs up through text if it rode well. I got the thumbs up and headed right out to Wharton. While there, Jarred, my salesperson, was very helpful, no pressure, and had me test-drive another similar, but specially priced, car for comparison purposes. I went with the original car that I had come there to see, and the whole sales experience was extremely easy. Steve helped with all of the finances and paperwork, was also friendly and very professional. I love the car, and I would highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a used vehicle pay a visit to this dealership! More
