I came in with my dad to look around for the right truck about 3-4 weeks ago & that’s when we met Steve. Right away he gave off such genuine and positive energy. Unfortunately they didn’t have the truck my dad wanted at the time so Steve did not try to sell us something else- he honored what we wanted and made it a point to make us feel seen & heard. Yesterday my dad and I went back to Hamer to meet with Steve and turned out they had a few of the trucks my dad was looking for. Steve made the entire process so easy and hassle free. He was patient with our process of understanding numbers/dealership talk and really did his best to help us understand. He kept reminding us that he would only sell if it was truly what we wanted and if it made my dad happy. By the end of the deal my dad said “people like Steve are the reason people come back”. I leased my Toyota Camry from NoHo, but once my lease ends I’ll be coming back to Hamer to work with Steve! More

Husband and I have been shopping for a SUV to replace a much older vehicle. After visiting all the dealers in SFV and Santa Clarita we visited Hamer, walking in we met Steve. I’ve purchased from Hamer before and always liked their selection of vehicles. Today we were lucky enough to met Steve, he’s a no BS kind of guy, which I sincerely appreciate. We told him what we wanted and what we were willing to pay, and he, as promised is a no haggle type of guy. His positive outlook is contagious. He is extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles and stock on hand, even with the current low inventory situation we were very pleased with the rabbit he pulled out of his hat. I have sitting in my driveway a beautiful brand new highlander. I love it! I would highly recommend Steve if you want the best salesman without the normal nonsense!
