The purchase process was easy and understandable. However, the delivery process was convoluted and took an inordinate amount of time (3.5 hours). Even when I left there was more to come. I am confident that my case was an outlier and is not the norm but it does exhibit some weaknesses in the process. I made the deal with a very helpful, respectful and professional salesperson. However, he had to deal with the sales manager at each point in the process. I think that lead to a significant error by the team. The end result was that I did not get the truck I bought. Without any detailed knowledge of your sales process I think it would be appropriate to reevaluate it. If I bought a car from you online or came in off the street and paid the sticker price, it appears your process is set to work very well in that case. However, I had a trade, I wanted to negotiate the price and I was willing to pay cash for the car. The system couldn't respond to those variables and probably needs some work. Glad to discuss this in detail with senior management at your convenience. More
