I feel that Freeman should take some onus in the cost of these last “repairs” since I took the vehicle in no less than 4 times stating the noise was abnormal. Steve told me he had his best tech replace the these last “repairs” since I took the vehicle in no less than 4 times stating the noise was abnormal. Steve told me he had his best tech replace the brakes and everything was fine. Fast forward to this last visit. I am told the rotors are worn due to a rusted pin in the brakes that Freeman did last October. No one would look into the sound or why it was clanking the way it was and now I am out another $500. Shady service More
