Great service for this 20k check up oil change. I declined the changeing of the engine air filter and cabin filter as those are items I am able to replace at a much lower cost. They offered a pre-delivery car wash which it really needed, Thank you! Unfortunatly about 1/2 way home the glove box came open and would not stay closed. Once home, I thought I aligned and fixed it once, but it came open again on first trip. The next day I had the new cabin air filter, so I removed the glovebox as is required, changed the filter, and made sure to reassemble correctly. I have not had any issues since. More

Service was incredibly SLOW! !! We finally asked about the amount of time after two hours for a simple oil change and brake flush. I finally went to ask, and Steve said 30 mor !! We finally asked about the amount of time after two hours for a simple oil change and brake flush. I finally went to ask, and Steve said 30 more minutes MAX. It was 55 more minutes! This made it 3pm before leaving, and we had not eaten. For a diabetic, this can be problematic. We found out they had to break open our oil filter compartment because previous service put it in too tightly but we had that service at the same location. Steve never came out to update us. I have had this problem before with him. While other service supervisors have come out and kept me in the loop, I always end up having to hunt him down and ask why is this taking so LONG?!!! More

Steve Curry took care of me in his usual way, professionally and expeditiously which was great as I needed to get to a doctor's appt. I don't know the Tech's name but he did an excellent job as m professionally and expeditiously which was great as I needed to get to a doctor's appt.
