They think of anything they can to scam you out of money. I get it, they’re sales people. Mallory had me pay for an alignment when my wheel bearing was replaced under warranty. She wouldn’t cover the alignment under the same warranty, but stated that it was needed after replacing the wheel bearing. Scammers! I recently used up my last prepaid service and will never go back to Freeman Toyota again. I sure hope that $160 was worth losing a lifetime customer. More
