They have on their website that it is OPTIONAL for the wood care package for $1495. We'll they don't tell you is it isn't optional and they add it to your total without informing customers and when custom wood care package for $1495. JT is probably the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a car dealership. He speaks to you with such disrespect. He acts like he owns the dealership. When I asked him if I could get his supervisors email h a car dealership. He speaks to you with such disrespect. He acts like he owns the dealership. When I asked him if I could get his supervisors email he laughed and said I’m top dog in charge. He lies about the warranty they just sign you up for because when your car breaks down 13 days after you buy it they do not help or fix your vehicle. JT definitely needs some kind of training on how to speak to elderly people. He should not be a manager. Wood Nissan should do a secret shopper and see how arrogant and rude JT is. More
