I contacted someone I trusted to recommend a salesperson at MB and ended up working with Steve Boston for my purchase. Steve is a 10, he has been selling cars their for a long time and is really easy to work with. There was no BS or games that often can happen during the buying process, just the opposite. I got a great deal from a real pro which will keep me coming back to him in the future. His product knowledge was a pleasant surprise, he really knew the car, options and features, and what was important to us. As someone that does a lot of research before any large purchase, I usually catch the average salesperson off guard with questions about the car - that never happened with Steve. He was also great a communicating, by either phone or emails. I never had to chase him for answers, he always kept me informed. I also worked with Jamie on the finance end, someone I worked with before during my previous MB purchase. Jamie complimented the great work Steve did, so I couldn't be more satisfied with the overall experience. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. I will also be back in a few months when I need to make another purchase. PS - Swing by the waiting area, they always have a great selections of drinks and snacks! More

Steve Boston was our sales person and we were impressed by his sales demeanor, i.e. very patience, not pushy, asked the right questions, etc. Overall we choose the E350 convertible primarily because of the vehicle but we also had a great customer experience with Steve. The process of test driving, purchasing and negotiating was easy and pleasant. Kudos to Steve for making this a very positive experience. This is our second time working with Steve Boston on a lease and we couldn't be happier. He leased us a Benz in 2010 and just leased us our second one since that lease ended. He was honest, polite, attentive, knowledgeable and professional. We appreciate his candid, direct nature and felt very good working with him because we feel that we can trust him, which is very important during a process like this. In fact, we plan to visit him again for a second vehichle in the next month or two. Steve is one of the best car salesmen we have ever worked with. This was our first time that we were also helped by Chandran. His level of professionalism was so impressive. He treated us with respect regarding every question we had from the most minute details to critical questions regarding the deal. He was patient with us the entire time and upheld the highest level of customer service even after we took the car home. He stayed in contact to make sure we were happy and to ensure we had everything we needed. I left an inexpensive but meaningful personal item in my old vehicle. He retrieved it and made sure I received it back. His communication was extremely responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him as part of the team. Lastly we had the chance to also work briefly with Josh. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, extremely patient, very accomodating and helped us find a car that would work for us at the right price. Steve Boston was extremely knowledgeable about leasing, and helped us decide that a lease was our best option on this new vehicle. We had bought all of our vehicles in the past so the idea of a lease was new to us. We knew exactly which options we wanted on the vehicle, and since it was not a commonly equipped vehicle the car was not in stock at this dealership. Steve and Ian were able to locate the exact vehicle we wanted from another dealership that was several hours of driving away, and arrange for its transportation to their dealership - talk about convenience! We're excited to take delivery of our first leased vehicle and feel confident and at ease with our decision thanks to Steve and Ian's thorough and honest explanations of the MB Lease programs.
