My wife and I stopped by the dealership to test drive a vehicle. We were torn between buying new or used while also considering another brand. Steve’s approach to the situation was top notch! I think I speak for most people when I say “no one wants to be sold on something.” Most of us are looking for a consultant that can help us understand what is the right buying decision for our individual situation. While the car we looked at didn’t meet our needs, Steve did a great job articulating our options while staying transparent with his goal to sell a vehicle. Honesty during the selling process is a lost craft that Steve has figured out how to hold on onto. As a person in the service industry, when a deal is loss, we always say, “they will be back.” People don’t forget where they were treated well, hence they come back! Kudos to you, Steve! More
