Koon's Sterling Ford had the exact car I was interested in, an all-wheel-drive Fusion in the color I wanted. My salesman, Steve Arnold, couldn't have been better—relaxed, friendly, knowledgeable interested in, an all-wheel-drive Fusion in the color I wanted. Steve was amazingly patient, kind and through with my husband and I. He took the time to show us multiple vehicles within our detailed list. I visited Koons Ford approximately 2 months ago and at that time I was turned down because of not having a good credit rating. I left discouraged and then I received a letter from Capital One that said I that time I was turned down because of not having a good credit rating. I left discouraged and then I received a letter from Capital One that said I had been preapproved for up to $30,000. I went back to Koons and talked with Steve Arnold for the second time and he and his manager made it happen. I am proud to say that I got the car I wanted with a 3.9 interest rate and gave me a monthly car note that I can live with comfortably. More

I bought 2014 Mustang from Koons Sterling Ford. I did extensive research on pricing from consumer reports and USAA. Steve Arnold was the best vehicle salesperson I have ever bought a car from. I did everything on telephone and he beat 15 other dealers prices for same car. The general sales manager Brian D' Amico also helped out to make the deal even better. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car to call Koons Sterling Ford. More
