Great experience with Steve after a slew of bad elsewhere I knew I wanted a hatchback Ford Focus so I set out around town (Winchester, VA) to buy a car. I was completely dissatisfied with the dealerships aro I knew I wanted a hatchback Ford Focus so I set out around town (Winchester, VA) to buy a car. I was completely dissatisfied with the dealerships around Winchester, they played games and wasted my time -I took a day off of work and the deal fell through because I felt like I was being lied to and that they were giving me a terrible price for my trade in. The dealer in winchester also told me that he wouldn't drive my potential car, he drove a Land Rover... After my terrible experience, I called Steve at Koons on a whim, I wanted to visit, but I didn't want my time wasted again, particularly if I was going to drive an hour to see them. I went on a weekday at 8pm, Steve brought the Focus hatchback out and answered all of my questions, he worked with me to get a great price for my used car and I bought a car by 10:30 that night... he stayed overtime and didn't rush me or try to persuade me. He was so honest and made the process so easy, no going back and forth for hours, just a great deal from the start. I have recommended Steve to all of my family and friends and three of them have gone to Steve with a great experience as well. I will always go back to the Steve at Koons for all of my cars, it doesn't make sense to waste time anywhere else. I bought my car in Nov. (it's now may) and I commute 140 miles everyday to work and home. I still love my car, my experience was great and I got a GREAT vehicle. Also... Steve drives Fords too :) More

My first call was to Koons Sterling Ford, and Steve Arnold answered. He was great right from the beginning. He was attentive to what I was looking for in a new vehicle, and he was respectful of my time-frame. I had a week to find the best deal, so I shopped around. I spoke with Steve at least once per day, and he went above and beyond to secure my business. I got exactly what I wanted and what was promised to me, and I never felt uncomfortable or pressured - something that is very important in these types of life experiences. Furthermore, he has followed up with me several times even after the sale to make sure I was happy and everything was going well.
