We were looking for a totally different vehicle the day we were there, and never would have found the one we purchased if it weren't for Joe. He was ready and willing to help us find what we needed and wanted. Unfortunately, we went over budget, BUT we did find a 2013 with only 4,300 miles! How does that even happen? More

Good Experience I purchased a 2015 BMW 228i from Hyman Bros about a weeks ago. The Salesman was Joe Taylor, he was really friendly and did not waste any time to help I purchased a 2015 BMW 228i from Hyman Bros about a weeks ago. The Salesman was Joe Taylor, he was really friendly and did not waste any time to help me look for the cars I was searching. Since it was late and I had a pre-approved loan we agreed on the price and Joe few days later delivered the car to me. He took care of the things I pointed out including 2 new tires and a 3 month complimentary XM Radio trail. If you are currently serving in the Armed Forces or Retired ask for Joe, he is a Veteran and will relate to you. So far I'm happy with the car and it was a good experience despite of some negative reviews I have read. More

Very disappointed with service I hesitated and waited a few weeks before writing this review so it wasn’t written with emotions but just the facts. I purchased a Tahoe Ltz on Jan 29 I hesitated and waited a few weeks before writing this review so it wasn’t written with emotions but just the facts. I purchased a Tahoe Ltz on Jan 29th this year. I came in for my 30 day detail and mention how rough the ride was. I did not bring in for service. I was told it was just the size of your tires (22”) so I let it go. So at the beginning of May I brought the truck in this time for the ac not working and again mention how bumpy the ride was and again kinda just blown off. A week later I was back in for the ac and spoke to another service guy and again I asked about his thoughts on why it rides so rough. To no surprise again it’s the tires. No one ever said let us take a look. The first week of June not even 6 months into this vehicle I took it to Haley cheverolet to have it looked at. I spoke directly with the two mechanics and was told ALL FOUR shocks and struts were completely gone and felt they had been for some time. I took the information and the estimate of 2800 to hyman to see if they would do the right thing and fix it. I even offered to split the price. Both sales managers agreed but needed to get this approved by mr Hyman. To much disappointed I received a call that said they would not help with the cost at all and it was my responsibility. Before I could get this repaired the drivers seat springs were going bad. I decided this truck just had too many issues to only have 6 months I tried several times to work this with Hyman brothers to no avail. I went back to Haley who has always been extremely accommodating and they found me the exact vehicle but a Denali so I traded it in and I could not be happier. I will never shop with Hyman again. I left a few message for mr Hyman to call to discuss but was not surprised I never heard. I tell my story to whoever will listen so In hopes no one will have to go through my experience and total disregard for their customers at hyman brothers midlothian. I will forever be a Haley customer as they made this right and I didn’t even buy the vehicle from them. Please beware More
