This had to be the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. They robbed me from the start, they dont want to give me any paperwork on a vehicle I BOUGHT! I was explicitly told multiple tim had at a dealership. They robbed me from the start, they dont want to give me any paperwork on a vehicle I BOUGHT! I was explicitly told multiple times that i have the maintenance package, which was very highly needed due to road tripping. Currently there is no record of a maintenance package. I was also told my payments would be one number and I signed the paper. The next day picking up the car the paperwork was changed but my signature was still there.... that's very fishy. I will never do business with paramus hyundai ever again and honestly it turned me off from ever using hyundai in general. This company needs to have a real big remodel on its employees. Worst thieves in the tristate area. More

Bought a certified pre-owned Hyundai and I had problems after having the car for only a month, but they didn't want to service it under the warranty I had, and first they tried to lie to me that the warranty had inspired and after showing them that it hasn't they just started being rude and yelling at me. It wasn't enough that they scammed me with the price they were xxxxxxxx too. DON'T EVER GO EVEN CLOSE TO THIS DEALERSHIP, WORST EVER. More
