Stephen was excellent and patient with my son and I while trying to purchase his first car. After trying out all sorts of cars and feeling like we would have to wait for"The" car, Stephen did a little digging and just across the lot was it, "THE" car. I can't say enough about Stephen's desire and effort to find the best deal on the car that matched our situation and budget. While I was not expecting it to go all our way, it did, and in the end we wound up with a much better deal than I was already prepared to accept, thanks to Stephen pulling back the rains on a father and son ready to finally end their month long search, and getting just a bit more of a discount. Certainly I will deal with Heritage again when I am ready to trade in my own vehicle. My only regret is I purchased my car somewhere else, before I tried Heritage. Thanks again Stephen! -BKK More
