I had originally gone to "shophonda.com" to configure a C-RV with select add-ons. I received an immediate response from Jane Gassner with a quote. After which I dealt with Joe Basler through em configure a C-RV with select add-ons. I received an immediate response from Jane Gassner with a quote. After which I dealt with Joe Basler through emails then met with him to sign the purchase agreement. Joe was professional and very personable. No pressure to keep "adding on" as my previous Pontiac dealings were years ago. Email communications were promptly answered. It was a pleasure to work with Dave Gierse in the finance department. Again, no pressure or hard sell. The finance for my Pontiac years ago was simply, "Here, sign this. This is what we get. Here are the keys." Stephen Tiepelman in the service department was cordial and polite. Overall, everyone at this dealership was a pleasure to deal with. I think I made a great choice with this vehicle and this dealership and I highly recommend them to my friends. In fact, my father who is due for a new vehicle, came with me to pick up the C-RV and was impressed how HE was treated just waiting for me to finish with Dave in finance. I'm sticking with Honda and this dealership. More
