I had to have my CRV towed in to the dealership. Joe kept me informed everyday with updates, it would have been fixed the first day but the part they needed to do the repairs at to be shipped. Getting in and talking to Tracy didn’t take any time at all. When we finished I headed to the customer lounge to wait and enjoy some yummy snacks. My car was ready for me in a short time.
