We stopped by Gravavel on way home from looking at a competing brand dealer. That dealer had advertised a new car at a very low price. We got there and found out it was a service car, none of the salesm competing brand dealer. That dealer had advertised a new car at a very low price. We got there and found out it was a service car, none of the salesmen wore their masks and high pressure salesmen luring you in with bogus ads.Just turned us off. Anyhow, we stopped at Garavel to checkout Subarus. We met Stephen, told him what we were looking for, the first choice didn't pan out. Out of our price range and to heavy to tow behind a rv. So he made us aware about the CPO warranty. Told us to feel free to look around and feel free to ask him any questions, gave us his card and walked off. What a good feeling to not have a salesman hover over you. We went home looked at their CPO Subarus online.. Found we could upscale in model from a new with a warrantied slightly used model Subaru. Called Stephen back for an appointment and we looked at the used upscale models he had in stock. Pleasure working with Stephen, Garavel and the CPO warranty, rest is history. More

Stephen, was talking to me when I was in for service on a older Subaru, I explained I didn't think I was going to purchase a new one, he called me the next day to let me know they had just what I wanted in s older Subaru, I explained I didn't think I was going to purchase a new one, he called me the next day to let me know they had just what I wanted in stock and to come in and test drive, I did and I am now in my new Subaru.
