Overall good experience, but would have liked a little more of an explanation of all the features and benefits of the model I was interested in. I felt like I had to do most of the research and would've a more of an explanation of all the features and benefits of the model I was interested in. I felt like I had to do most of the research and would've appreciated more expertise and recommendations. I ended up with what I think is the right vehicle for me, but it would've made me more certain and comfortable in the moment of making such a big decision, especially as my first car purchase. In addition, maybe having them take more time to ensure I knew all the options available with colors, engine size comparison, features inside the car, etc. Aside from that, the staff was very friendly, attentive, and professional. The facility was beautiful as well. More

Incredibly grateful that the day we walked into Audi Dallas, Jaramy happened to be available. We didn't have plans to buy and Audi and we're just checking out electric cars we had read about, but Jaramy Dallas, Jaramy happened to be available. We came in for our oil change (which was quick and efficient) and knew my lease was up, took advantage of some gr sales - always a seamless process.
