We can't praise her enough and eagerly look forward to our next Honda purchase from Casey. After thorough research and comparison, we found that Casey Honda's pricing was unbeatable among all the Honda dealerships in Hampton Roads. This, coupled with our positive experience with Amber and our interest in the Honda CR-V Hybrid AWD Sport Touring, led us to place an order for the vehicle in the color my wife desired. Less than ten days later, she was driving it home, confident in our purchase. Our purchasing experience at Casey Honda was remarkably stress-free and pleasant every step of the way. The absence of pressure during the process was a stark contrast to our experiences at other dealerships. This relaxed atmosphere made our decision-making process enjoyable, leading us to a vehicle that perfectly met our needs and budget without any undue stress. I must also highlight the enjoyable interactions we had with Sales Manager Stephen LaBelle, General Sales Manager Tommy Malone, Sales Manager Chris Lane, Finance & Insurance Manager Ryan Beard, and Finance & Insurance Manager Esaa Muhammad. I decided to leave this dealership with my refund on January 16, 2024. My recent comment was removed because I revealed what the general manager of Casey Honda in Newport News said to me during a short January 16, 2024. Let's just say there is a reason why this dealership hasn't received a customer satisfaction award since 2018. I am not able to give the whole story because my review will be removed again, but it is incredibly important for the public to know that there are other dealerships in the area that will be respectful and professional when interacting with customers. If you have to go to this dealership (due to its close proximity to Williamsburg), I do highly recommend that you do your homework and research and to be very careful. Never sacrifice your respect for a car deal. You, as the customer, should be treated with respect from everyone including the sales managers and the general manger. NO MATTER WHAT! More

I recently acquired my second Accord. I sold my Accord in July and purchased another vehicle (not a Honda). I wasn't thrilled, and five months later, I found myself looking at Accords. I contacted Casey beca July and purchased another vehicle (not a Honda). I wasn't thrilled, and five months later, I found myself looking at Accords. I contacted Casey because, while I did not purchase my first car from them, my sister did and raved about their service. She was correct; I experienced excellent customer service while my vehicle was being serviced. As a result, I decided to contact them and inquire about the cost of an Accord. I quickly noticed they were one of the few dealerships pricing the manufacturer's suggested retail price, unlike many of their competitors. As a result, I decided to visit the store. There I met Asli I., and it was incredible! She is intelligent, pleasant, and one of the most amazing persons you will ever meet. Stephen L. eventually joined the conversation, and the three of us accomplished a lot. There was no need for haggle; they instantly offered me the greatest deal on the 2022 Hybrid Accord. Casey is personable, honest, and genuinely cares about their clients. When in the market for a new Honda or a used vehicle of any type, do yourself a favor and visit Casey and ask for Asli or Stephen. More

They communicated openly and honestly, and both product and price discussions were useful and accurate. In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, all negotiating was completed online. The vehicle was excellently prepped and ready when I arrived, and I was given a reasonable amount of instruction regarding my new vehicle. Some employees at the dealership maintained proper social distancing and were observed wearing PPE in accordance with CDC recommendations, while others seemed much less concerned. I feel there is room for improvement in this area for the overall safety of customers and Casey Honda employees, given the ongoing risk for asymptomatic transmission of the coronavirus. More

Yesterday, I stopped by your facility with the intention of purchasing a car. One of the salesman, John Schuszler, met us outside and immediately begin assisting us. He listened to our requests and helped in the best way he could. When I told him that I would like to explore other options but intended to return, he offered to give me a business card and told me he could continue researching. We walked back inside the building. He left and returned to his desk with a sales manager, Stephen LaBelle, who tried to help me in the process. Even though I repeatedly told him that I wanted to explore other options, he tried to keep me there. I realize that he was trying to understand what I was looking and trying to help, but as the conversation intensified, his tone became very condescending and impersonal. It made me feel very uncomfortable. It seemed like he was there not to form relationship but simply just to sell me a car. It was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. If I need another car, I will not be returning to your facility and will not recommend others purchasing a car from you as well. I would suggest reviewing with your staff how to form relationships with customers before convincing them to buy a car. More

I was helped by the best Joe did everything he could to help me get the car I have always wanted. There was a lot of loop holes he had to jump through to get me a car with all I wanted and at a very reasonable monthly payment. He made it happen! He was very informative, never made me feel pushed or pressured, always understood when I said ‘No’ and most importantly he cared about my wants and needs as a consumer. He took so much time that he didn’t have to just to show and educate me on EVERY function of my car on the inside and how and where to set things up. Not only did Joe exceed my expectations but so did Stephan and Derek. Again, never pushy and very patient. They made me feel like the ball eas always in my court and they were there to help get me my wants and needs as much as possible with keeping my payment exactly where I needed it. Derek is very helpful in the finance department, down to earth and overall just wants you to make sure you get the best bang for your buck when it comes to an insurance/warranty on your vehicle. More
