The staff at this dealership are dishonest and do not follow through with their agreement(s) once they receive your sale. I purchased a vehicle in March 2021. On the day of purchase one of the internal l follow through with their agreement(s) once they receive your sale. I purchased a vehicle in March 2021. On the day of purchase one of the internal lights did not come on, so I offered to leave the vehicle and return for the vehicle once the issue was fixed. I was told to take the vehicle to a Lexus dealer in my state (Pennsylvania) to make the repair, send the receipt once the repair was made and I would be reimbursed. I followed the instructions given and over a year and a half later, I have only been met with ignored phone calls and emails by Sales Rep. Stephen Johnson and Manager Rich Velija. Both men promised to make the deal whole but once the sale was over, their effort to return emails and or calls ended. I strongly suggest customers attempt making deals with other dealers who are honest and do not lie to their customers. The total repair costed $114.96 and they are evading their responsibility/ promise to reimburse, so image if the cost was more. I encourage you'll to do business with someone you can trust. More
