I have never been more disappointed and frustrated with a dealership than Oaks Buick GMC. I bought my 2023 Acadia New from them. I drove the car home and noticed that the interior lights did not work. So I w dealership than Oaks Buick GMC. I bought my 2023 Acadia New from them. I drove the car home and noticed that the interior lights did not work. So I went back the next day and had someone look at it. The service department could not figure out what was wrong with the car it went through 2 of their loaner vehicles before they finally figured it out. I thought that would be the end of the issue, needless to say I was WRONG... when they replaced my headliner in the car they broke a clip so then there was a rattle that you could hear over the radio. I took it back to them again during an oil change. I was once again without my car and put on the back burner and they could not get the repair done in a timely fashion. I was told they would have the repair done in a few days since we waited and ordered the new headliner ahead of time. So I finally got my car back again guess what !!! the lights interior lights and the sun roof don't work AGAIN!!! But not only that my car threw a code for the air intake. I popped the hood and they left a nasty greasy rag in the air intake. So again I took my car back to them hoping to make it right and I wanted to talk to upper management ( Stephen Hill) I was given the run around and told I would get a call.. I never got that call. SO I went in and I stood in the lobby until I actually got helped. But did he actually do anything nope!! No follow up I have had to reach out to him twice trying to resolve the issues with his dealership! SO now that its yucky outside and I went to use my back windshield wiper guess what doesn't work !! I am livid!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I should not have all of these issues with a brand new car! I have given them opportunities to make this right and they have failed me at every turn. More

From start to finish everything about my purchase was flawless. Aubrie went above and beyond to find the vehicle I wanted. We went to several other local dealerships. She kept in contact, letting me know flawless. Aubrie went above and beyond to find the vehicle I wanted. We went to several other local dealerships. She kept in contact, letting me know what was available & when. She continues to keep in touch making sure I am pleased with my SUV. More
