Traveled 2. 5 hours to St. Augustine looking for a specific car listed at a particular dealership only to find out they lied about having that vehicle. Trying to save the day, after such a long drive, decided to look around at Beaver Toyota. Found what seemed to be good vehicle turned into a nightmare after purchasing. HOWEVER Product Specialist STEPHEN DE LA CAMPA @ Beaver Toyota returned the money from first purchase and applied to purchase of 2025 Toyota RAV4. Steven De Le Campa seemed to be a very nice honest man, I thought. We were looking for a Carolla Cross. He found us one, but it was out of our price range. He said that he had another one the same year, but thought. We were looking for a Carolla Cross. He found us one, but it was out of our price range. He said that he had another one the same year, but with a little more mileage. We drove it & agreed on a price. A few days later we came to pick it up & we 1st noticed that it was not shined up & prepped, which we thought was odd.. We drove it home, parked it in our driveway. We walked around it so we could admire it & saw that it had a pretty big dent in the back. We were never told about the dent & we feel like we were taken advantage of because we are senior citizens, which is terrible. More
