The service team is always professional and I appreciate them. I like the fact they will save me money when they can. I thought I was going to need a repair that was going to cost a few hundred bucks. Ins them. I like the fact they will save me money when they can. I recently purchased a new Subaru from this dealer. It was my 3 rd Subaru. I love my previous car and the experience with the other 2 dealer in the general area were fantastic. Sadly, Subaru of Kennesa It was my 3 rd Subaru. I love my previous car and the experience with the other 2 dealer in the general area were fantastic. Sadly, Subaru of Kennesaw did not live up to the pervious experience and the experience had been so bad that I no longer want to deal with Subaru. This deal has 0 customers service, they do not return calls and are a bear to work with. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership. I wish I could give less than 1 star. More

Loved the buying experience with Morris. Purchased my vehicle sight unseen. However, the service experience is lacking in customer service and friendliness. No one looks forward to spending an hour(+) waiting for the servicing of their car. An acknowledgment of your presence takes 1 second. Basically, NO ONE wants to be ignored, which is what happened today with Abigail Nathanael or that Stephen Barnes NEVER answers his phone or returns calls. Pretty sure they are all nice people but that's not what always translates to me as a guest. There are many other Subaru dealership that provide service and a customer friendly environment that would be worth the drive. I remember when coming here use to feel like visiting family and friends. Now, you are just the number of the tag they put in the car. More
