Really poor experience. I bought a preowned Hyundai Kona for my daughter, Salespeople very nice but The CARFAX report called for serviced on December 2023. What a surprise when I took it to my trusted mechanic. Brake pads worn out to the point that front rotors had to be replaced. Filters all plugged in, Oil level and brake fluid below the minimum. Had to pay near $420.00 to bring it to the minimum level of reliability. More

The worst dealership, they didn't give me the manual and the spare key, I'm supposed to pick it up, they didn't have a clue where to find it and nobody knew nothing, I went many times and just they pissing the spare key, I'm supposed to pick it up, they didn't have a clue where to find it and nobody knew nothing, I went many times and just they pissing me off. Horrible I had a bad experience with dealer i drove all the way from Pennsylvania to new-jersey they treat me really bad i was looking for the used dodge char I had a bad experience with dealer i drove all the way from Pennsylvania to new-jersey they treat me really bad i was looking for the used dodge charger it was listed price on cars.com was 21991 but i went there they saying everything including after the tax and dealer documentation fees including there labor charges some other charges price will be 2700. so the price will be 5000 additional i have to pay for the car and i had a family two kids the sales person call me couple of times baby boy that will be the price of the car it cannot be changed More
