This is my second lease from this dealership. The entire place is beautiful and offers many amenities for customers. Staff is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. For years my parents have raved about Mohawk Honda’s Service Center, however as a Mazda owner I was hesitant to bring my vehicle to a place that services mainly “Hondas.” Yet I was nothing but pleased w Service Center, however as a Mazda owner I was hesitant to bring my vehicle to a place that services mainly “Hondas.” Yet I was nothing but pleased with the service that I received. Stephanie provided great customer service keeping me up to speed on the progress of my vehicle. I felt confident in the estimate I received for the needed work and positive that Mohawk Honda was looking out for both my vehicle and my wallet (even so far as giving me options of sourced parts vs. brand new). I would definitely recommend Mohawk Honda’s Service Center (even if you don’t own a Honda). More

I recently had my 1st experience with Mohawk Honda and it was incredible!! Stephanie took my call and determined that my problem may be covered due to a recall issue. AAA towed my car to the dealership and Gunnar Schifley was my service advisor. Best customer service person I have EVER encountered hands down. Gunnar sent Julie to pick me up in Amsterdam; about 30 miles away and had a brand new Honda HRV reserved for me to rent for $50 a day-Enterprise wanted $130 a day. The car was repaired at NO CHARGE and they did a multipoint inspection that was very thorough also. This dealership is the most efficient operation I have dealt with, and I am very grateful to them for going above and beyond to get my beloved Honda Fit back up and running perfectly! Gunnar could be in a TV commercial; his empathy and professionalism was OUTSTANDING and you are lucky to have him representing your company! More
