Interaction with Stephanie was absolutely beyond anything I have ever experienced in the 11 years I have been a customer. There was a situation with a mix up in my identity. I’ve never been made to feel like I did something wrong and that I’m stupid in the way Stephanie made me feel. I’ve never been treated so awful at Tom Gill or in my life by anyone until today. This definitely makes me not want to ever purchase from TG again. Her body language and facial expressions and tone was highly inappropriate to be in the assistant service manager position.
