I brought my 2017 Impreza in yesterday for a routine oil change, which I bought from another dealer in CT, from the minute I walked in the door I knew I made a great choice!! The service was Awesome!! They change, which I bought from another dealer in CT, from the minute I walked in the door I knew I made a great choice!! The service was Awesome!! They even got me a shuttle ride back to Naugatuck..John the man who drove me was Amazing. He dropped me at my door and even waited til I was in my apartment safe. Pick up of my car was fast and efficient!! You guys are Awesome! More

Service to my Crosstrek I have dealt with this dealership for all my service needs. The staff is the kindest, and most helpful I have ever seen. You are greeted as soon as you walk in by a service member and they are always looking out for your best interest.I have dealt with many of the staff members and each employee provided me amazing service. No hassle,no pressure and no BS. Expected the usual hard sell technique used by most dealerships.You know,'if you buy it now it's this price,but if you wait till tomorrow it will cost Expected the usual hard sell technique used by most dealerships.You know,'if you buy it now it's this price,but if you wait till tomorrow it will cost you this much more".Not once did I feel any pressure to buy anything.Just straight forward answers to any questions I had.Sarah was the sales rep and a pleasure to work with.Decided to purchase a new 2018 Crosstrek.(my wife and I).I mention my wife because two days after receiving the car,she decides to kiss the side of the garage with it,tearing off the front fascia and signal light.(Happy Birthday Gina).I brought the car back to the dealer to get a quote on the damage.Sarah met me at the door and immediately contacted the service dept.At the service dept. I met Stephanie who said she would have someone look at it right away.I waited in the show room and was told my car was ready.Thinking I would get a quote for up to $1,000$,the car was already repaired.Total cost for parts and labor. $107$.Unbelievable.Any other dealer would have tried to sell me a whole new front fascia and signal light wireing harness.The tech that worked on the showed me exactly what he did.Fantastic job in saving me money.In conclusion Premier Suburu has the total package.You can't go wrong buying from them. Superb first service Brought my Forester in for its first service ( oil change/ tire rotation ). Everything went quickly and smoothly. Great Product and Great Team We had brought our two Subarus---bought in another state before we moved back to CT-- to Premier for service during the past year and were totally im We had brought our two Subarus---bought in another state before we moved back to CT-- to Premier for service during the past year and were totally impressed with their level of attention to details and commitment to quality. When we were ready for a new car, we met with Jeff and Sarah who spent copious amounts of time answering our questions about Subaru's advances in tech and engineering since our last purchase. When our Forester XT arrived, Sarah patiently guided us through the enhancements Subaru has made recently to improve on what had been a somewhat complex program. Sherry helped us through the protection insurance and the final touches on additional protective coating were made in the Service Department the following day. Our experiences with all Premier employees--including Eric, Darius, Maria and others who are not on this list were very pleasant and rewarding. The Premier Team could not do enough to make our shopping and buying experience a huge success. Great product. Great Team. We'll be back in a few months to update our Impreza! Ann and Jim More
