Absolutely horrible experience! After 2 days of having our used vehicle- Ford Explorer, the engine went on it. We had the extra warranty company coverage. Well, here we are 2 months later, paying for a car that is still in their shop. Ciocca stating the warranty company needs to stand good and cover it, because if Ciocca replaces the engine, they lose their money! Well how about you pay our loan! I hate writing negative reviews but This is Ridiculous! Guess it's time to get our lawyer involved. More

Awful customer service. Sorry I ever bought a truck from them. Called 3 times for a problem and never got a call back. Went in for my oil change and they tried to charge me. I bought the service to have fre them. Called 3 times for a problem and never got a call back. Went in for my oil change and they tried to charge me.
