Sold me a car that overheated at some point before I drove. Blew a head gasket less than year having it and let me take it home with a bad wheel barring that was messed up before they sold the car to me drove. 3-23-24: We purchased a used car. We were told by business mgr..the ext. warranty would be $17 a month.. when we printed our paperwork at home, cost was $4,000! Totally Mislead!! I went to Suburban Ford of Waterford because of a vehicle they had on the lot that I really wanted, so talked to Ed and he advised me that it not yet ready for showing, a couple of days later he called me ba they had on the lot that I really wanted, so talked to Ed and he advised me that it not yet ready for showing, a couple of days later he called me back and said that I can come see it now. I went out there and took it for a drive and I liked it a lot but, I was informed that someone already put a deposit down on it, with that said I decided to look around for something else and I don’t really like the newer cars as much as this one, Ed informed me about a week and a half later that the car was available again so I put a deposit down on it and now it’s in my driveway, we we’re waiting on the title for this vehicle, that was the delay, anyways Suburban bought me out of my lease early and that helped me with my down payment, thanks again Suburban Ford of Waterford and a big thanks to Ed Rogin, my sales guy More

To make my experience worse they had me sign an electronic signature pad that had been expanded so you could sign but not see what you were signing. I have been waiting for the corrected amount but they say that it will take 6 weeks to get me the correct amount. But they expect me to make a payment based on trust what a joke until they get me the correct paperwork I will not be making a payment. DO NOT TRUST SUBURBAN FORD!!!
