Poor Customer Service I contacted this dealership via email/website to inquire on a lease for a Toyota 4 Runner Limited. After several calls and emails to the dealership a I contacted this dealership via email/website to inquire on a lease for a Toyota 4 Runner Limited. After several calls and emails to the dealership and speaking to 3 different sales people, I was given the lease options by email...which I still have. The payment options were within my budget but once I spoke with Stefan on the phone the monthly payment given to me in the email did not reflect what he told me on the phone. I do not want to waste my time going to a dealership playing the back and forth game of “let’s make a deal”...which is why I emailed to inquire about the lease options. He seemed uninterested in helping me when I told him I could not come in and wanted to check with a few other dealerships...I will not be purchasing a vehicle from this facility. There are a pleather of other places out there with great customer service. More

I told Stefan my requirements - price, gas milage, full financing, and need immediately. He asked if I wanted to go walk the lot and look at cars. It was freezing, I did not want to do that. Within a few minutes, he had two cars on his computer that met all of my needs. After test driving both, he gave us a few minutes to talk. I picked one and Toyota arranged financing. I left happy and it didn't take the entire day. Toyota has even fixed the chipped window and antenna without a hassle or charge. (I did purchase the warranty I was offered). I will return again. This was the second car I purchased at this dealership. More

He was super nice to deal with and he was very knowledgeable, even though I was buying a pre-owned Honda Pilot and not a Toyota. Of course he wanted to make a sale (he is a salesman after all), but he was not pushy when we said we wanted to think about it. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and I couldn’t be happier. Never trust the salesman, Not trustworthy, went over options of truck I wanted, tried to sell me another truck in wrong color with the exact options. He then tried to sell me a truck they had on the lot but it was not automatic, (again wrong) at that time he explained they don't like to get trucks from other dealers over 200 miles away, but he will expand his search. Well he finally came back and said found exactly what I wanted but it had no rear seats. I said no problem, we agreed on price and said he would get it in. I got the call it came in and we scheduled a time to pick it up, was late at nite and raining, we looked briefly at the truck and did see no sear seats. "color was correct". We did paper work and I was on my way, within minutes i realized there were no speakers and intermittent wipers. We called stefan from just down the road explained the problam and here is what he said "we went over the options and there is nothing I can do, the truck is yours". He is correct we went over options on the first truck in wrong color he is completely dishonest I feel so stupid putting my trust in him, It went from "how can I earn your business. To "the truck is yours and there is nothing I can do". Stephan is completely dishonest and untrustworthy! More

Stefan Roffis went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and assisted at every step of the purchasing process. Upon delivery he explained in detail the many options I was not familiar with and assisted me in preparing the features to suit my needs. I have purchased many Toyotas over the past 15 years but I have never been as pleased as I was with this deal. I highly recommend this dealership (and Stephan) to anyone looking for a great buying experience. More
