Bought car Dec 2022. Unfortunately, after a few months, it turned out our 2019 Nissan Sentra was a hunk of junk. Busy with starting new jobs, settling in a new house, and Unfortunately, after a few months, it turned out our 2019 Nissan Sentra was a hunk of junk. Busy with starting new jobs, settling in a new house, and having a baby, and Victory was not helpful when we would call to ask for service help or to adjust some of the extra coverages they looped us into during a wait for the business manager on the day of purchase. How do we know the car was a lemon? Well it had 63K miles on it and we only had it for a year and a half until it was 79K miles and the following happened: all tires went flat and didnt last nearly as long as one would expect when we were told they were new (new tires last 50K on average), turned out two didnt have caps on them (seriously), computer and sensors turned out to be jumbled up from different cars and were not really workable as one would expect from a 2019, transmission went bust and we were not given full coverage for replacement, alignment was messed up, suspension was messed up....When I took it to repair shop they told me most of the original factory parts had been replaced with other parts. after putting thousands of our own $$ into it and makes 1/3 of our financing payments, we decided we wanted to sell the car back. Although Stravos the GM said he was there to guarantee our satisfaction, we didn't get communication back over a year of calls and emails about service and protection. We live in Jersey and have a baby and can't keep coming in hoping whomever is in-charge will be there. This is what had to happen when we wanted to sell the car back. We weren't expect at all equal value but we also didn't expect to be told our trip was pointless because the appraiser wasn't there. This wasted hours and hours even though we had asked for confirmation on this before making the appt. Then when we drove back days later, the appraiser just took pictures of it, turned it on and off, then sent pics to his boss the general manager, who then offered us 4K for a car that is selling $12-16K on the current market. When we complained about our dissatisfaction as customers, the price was raised to 6K, still well underneath our current financing left, meaning we'd have to pay them to take back junk they sold us. As the appraiser saw we were getting agitated, he told us we could go sit down with the sales manager at the main lot. When we went to the main lot, the sales manager met us at entrance and instead told us to go park in the back and he'd meet us there. Apparently they didn't want us acting agitated in front of their customers they don't value. The sales manager seemed offended when my wife called him a salesman and asked to speak to the general manager. He said he was in charge and said we were being greedy and continued condescending us as if we knew nothing. Of course, I remember when we bought the car the business manager was bragging about houses he owned in the BX and CT, so I imagine the general manager is living in luxury too, yet we were the greedy ones because we thought this place would give a crap about us as customers. Apparently not, and don't be surprised when they treat you like trash because that's what they think of their BX customers. A nissan dealer said there had been accidents on the car, which Victory had assured us were cosmetic and wouldn't harm the value but apparently they did. So as the sales manager continued to laugh at me and my wife, we left and called the attorney general of the state and hopped on over to Car Max, where they bought the car at much closer to a fair value. Not all businesspeople are dishonest and rude. More
