I was told upon purchase if i have any issues, concern or problems they will work with me and fix it.I came to the dealership for help in less than 24hrs of my purchase. I was told only the GM could help. I waited 3days to speak with the GM on 10/13/23, i was told by him that "i cannot return or upgrade the vehicle for 3months due to not having the title". Ive spoken with 3 other mitsubishi dealers in the tri-state and out. I was told (thats a lie)i am able to receive an upgrade. I feel like ive been taken advantage of because i am a woman. Ive sent in 4 different emails, to 4 different people and have received zero replies. Ive ask 3 times in person, left my email and 4 different time's over the phone for my purchase contract and ive yet to receive it. The vehicle was delivered to my house without a contract, i was told i would receive it in an email. i have yet to receive it... I HAVE NO DOCUMENTS, i found the dealership car sticker price in the glove compartment on 10/30/23 stating my vehicle is a 2023 model when i ask for a 2024 model. This is the underhand treatment ive received. This how ive been treated after trusting this company. I have a vehicle i dont want and no documents.
