Worst dealership ever! Made an appointment to see a specific car, drove all the way there and the car was not there. Absolutely DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are complete scam artists. They post one price online and when you walk in the door the car is thousands of dollars more that they then quote as They are complete scam artists. They post one price online and when you walk in the door the car is thousands of dollars more that they then quote as “refurbishing fees” or delivery charges. I purchased a vehicle from them on 1/30/25 and have been trying to get a document from the sale since then, two months later I still don’t have it! I have emailed Mark (finance) and Nicole (manager) about 10-15 times and have made at-least 20 phone calls. I spoke to one of the salesman Christian 10 days ago and was told I would have the document within 48 hours, still don’t have it! I’ve been told someone would get back to me and no one has! I have since filed complaints with NYS Attorney General, NYC, and the BBB and will be writing a negative review on every site I can find! Save yourself the money and headache and TAKE YOUR VALUED BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!. I was also told I would be mailed a second key and have yet to receive. More

Don't go false advertisement company. They call me 3 times all the way from Long island and I specially confirmed vehicle is available they said yes come vehicle is ready for you and when They call me 3 times all the way from Long island and I specially confirmed vehicle is available they said yes come vehicle is ready for you and when you go there , they always say vehicle is in service. Its been 3 times same xxxx and service will take 7days and they never call back. They probably buy damaged car and fix and sell them. More

Add $6-10K to the advertised price. Walked out on them when they tried to pull that stunt on me. Saw the bad and the good reviews. Thought I should still give them a chance. Asked on the phone before arrive regarding the price and what the out the door price is. They said they only charge a 175$ document fee, besides taxes and registration which you have to pay in any case. I said sounds great. Arrived there. Asked the sales guy about the price and if there’s any other costs and he said no. Just the price advertised and the 175 document fee. When to see the car, test drove it. Then they said let’s talk number. Manager sits me down and says: so the price for the car is 7k more than advertised. I laughed, told them they are crooks and walked out. DONT GO THERE! More

Stavros at Victory Mitsubishi engages in deceptive business practices, specifically 'bait and switch,' which violates consumer protection laws. The dealership had a minivan listed online for $26,242. After reading the fine print and calling to confirm the price, we traveled 5 hours to buy this vehicle. Stavros said the price would be $39k out the door. On the phone I asked him to explain where the 50% markup came from. He said taxes and fees. I asked him to explain further and he said 6% sales tax. Ok, what else? He finally rattled off, very quickly, two values for fees, that amounted to less than $5k. I went to get a pen and asked him to repeat that. He refused. I let him know that I am aware of the law and that deceptive business practices are illegal. He said, "ma'am, the price of the vehicle is $38k." I confirmed that he was refusing to repeat the fees to me. He repeated, "ma'am, the price of the vehicle is $38k." That was that. I wish we had read the reviews and seen that this is what they do every day, fraud in one way or another. If this has happened to you, you can make a report at reportfraud.ftc.gov. I worry about these people for their greed and dishonesty. Stavros, leave this awful business. May God have mercy on their souls. More

Bought a car here two years ago, found out that they violated the truth in Linden act within my contract. I’m very upset and I need some resolution. If I don’t get somebody to respond to me, I’m gonna have to take the next steps And report victory Mitsubishi to the state Attorney General‘s office enter to the CFPB and to the FTC and the AAA. The fact that I bought two Mercedes-Benz from this dealership and they did the same thing to me on each contract hurts my heart to know I have been robbed More
