They sold me a car in June with non-working rain-sensing wipers. It appears the original owner replaced the windshield with a non-Toyota windshield so they won't work. Their solution was to ask my insuranc wipers. It appears the original owner replaced the windshield with a non-Toyota windshield so they won't work. Their solution was to ask my insurance to cover a windshield replacement instead of them taking ownership of the issue, so much for a "Toyota certified used" vehicle. I won't buy again from these folks or bring my car for service here. Buyers beware of this place. Any attempt to contact any level of management gets discarded, it's shady business practices. 16Dec22: The car's windshield was replaced by Boch Toyota and now the car works perfectly. Should have read this page before I went. Then I wouldn't of wasted my time. It appears that this place loves ripping people off. They tried to rip me off but I told them to stick it. Was told I needed rotors too. Gee am I at Jiffy Lube? Told them to don't do anything, going somewhere trustworthy. Beware people. More

May 18, 2022: I worked with Service Director Carlos Rovira at Norwood Boch Toyota after Stanley Wong got my Toyota Yaris inspected for a problem with the air conditioning system not blowing cool air. I Rovira at Norwood Boch Toyota after Stanley Wong got my Toyota Yaris inspected for a problem with the air conditioning system not blowing cool air. I was shocked and frustrated at how much the repair would cost. I would not be able to meet the expense and was not looking forward to driving my car during the upcoming hot and humid summer without AC. Carlos Rovira gave me immediate attention. He was right on board with my problem, he never dismissed my comments, and he dealt with me directly and let me know he wanted to do for me whatever he could. He worked out a solution that was affordable for me, and he and Stanley Wong even offered me round trip transportation home while I waited for my AC to be serviced, which I did not take advantage of because the environment and customer lounge at Boch Toyota Norwood is excellent.
