We had already decided on the car online before even speaking to anyone, so their only purpose was answer questions, and sometimes it felt like pulling teeth. Nice enough, but lacking on assistance. We also got ghosted on a question we asked after the purchase, which wasn't unexpected, but still not pleasant.

It was a cash purchase and I was there for over 3 hours and I did not haggle with the price of the truck. Paperwork wise the warranty was not explained very well.
One last thing the interior of the truck was not very clean and when I mentioned it to my saleman he implied that the weekend detailers don't do a great job.
