A bit disappointed . I was not able to get through to the service center when I called. First I was sent to voicemail, then I called and I was put in a holding pattern, . I was not able to get through to the service center when I called. First I was sent to voicemail, then I called and I was put in a holding pattern, after 10 minutes, I held that call and called again it took three more times to get a real person. By the time I got the real person I went back to my original call which was still in a holding pattern and It was on hold for 15 minutes!?! That was just a start. Then I ended up having to have a rental car for three days for something that ended up being a battery that needed to be replaced. Period worst experience I’ve ever had there. More
