In & Out! I drove into express service! Told them what I wanted! They took my info, gave me an estimate, a friendly young man was assigned to my car, next thing I drove into express service! What happened to Honda quality? Honda customer service? We have had one problem after another with our 2014 Honda CRV. First the VTC actuator. Had to argue for different dealership to fix (initially refused We have had one problem after another with our 2014 Honda CRV. First the VTC actuator. Had to argue for different dealership to fix (initially refused despite service bulletin), then shuddering began (ANOTHER service bulletin) that we needed computer update. Piazza argues with us about extended warranty we bought FROM HONDA (different dealership). Finally they relented but the service manager here needs some serious lessons in customer service. And NOW after getting it back from Piazza it is vibrating while idling. Didn’t do THAT before, but I’ll be damned if I take it back to Piazza. I can’t wait to dump this car. Honda doesn’t make quality cars anymore. I have owned Subaru’s, fords and kias and NEVER had the problems I’ve had with this Honda. I will never buy another one, especially when their dealerships are so unpleasant in dealing with whenever there is a repair... repairs that are because of Honda’s own poor quality (all service bulletins!). Dominick — even though he argued re extended warranty— is the only one getting stars here. He was overworked and busy and obviously didn’t want to handle the extra step of an extended warranty (we bought from HONDA!), but he did it. More
